Wild Bird Gallery is a work in progress. The goal is to make it a photographic reference to the birds of the world. The purpose is to help in identification of species down to sub-species, age, and sex if at all possible. You can find your bird by typing its name in the search box at the top of every page. Every bird species & subspecies have been indexed with its scientific name, and the common english name as per the late James F. Clements. You can also drill down to the bird from the Gallery page using a Taxonomical, or Alphabetical family list. All pictures are copyright © protected. In Q1, 2009 I will revamp the site a tad. I figured that a modern site should have centered the text section just as I have it for the pictures. I will also update the site taxonomy. This because of some major changes to the Clements checklist, especially the Gull section.
